Annual GCS conference was held successfully on September 21-23 Сентября in Prague. More than 50 peoples from 43 countries visited it along with special guests, partners and multinational clients of the group. Regional Directors Board meeting was held on September 21. Directors discussed problems of regions; special attention was paid to Eastern Europe because of its good prospects as for development of debt collection business and credit management services.

The same day welcome cocktail meeting had taken place. Special thanks were expressed to Mr. Pavel Novacek, head of Czech office, for his assistance in organisation of the conference. The next two days was devoted to marketing policy and budgeting of the group as well as to resolve of professional collection questions about execution of court decision, limitation of actions, and relations between partners. Group IT director Mr. Tal Gur presented new developments of Group’s software GCMS and LCMS as well as other software for debt collection, investigations, credit reporting.

Past year was recognized as successful because of improving of financial results despite of crisis. The mist excellent results have been achieved by Norway (head of office - Nils Kapstad) and UK (head of office - Carl Hackman).

The conference was finished by presentation of awards to regional directors. Special Group Bob Caine award was established. Mr. Malcolm Mandeville (UAE) was presented by this high award for his great contribution in the Group development.
